THE JOURNEY THAT BROUGHT ME HERE

I know what it means to carry grief in your body.
To survive what others don’t see.
To live in strength while longing for softness.
To love deeply and lose deeply.

My healing journey began as a whisper—a desire to be free. Free from pain I couldn’t name.
Free from the pressure to perform, protect, and push through.
And most of all, free from the deep spiritual ache that came from unforgiveness—of others, and of myself.
Over the years, that whisper became a calling.
I’ve walked with countless women through trauma, loss, transformation, and the quiet work of learning to trust their own inner wisdom again.

What makes my approach unique is that it’s not just clinical—it’s spiritual. I am not religious, but I am God-centered. I believe healing is emotional, mental, and spiritual work. My job is not to fix anyone—but to walk with them as they remember who they are and who God created them to be.

THE MEANING BEHIND “KEPT”

KEPT is more than a brand. It’s a declaration.
It means: I am held. I am safe. I am still becoming.

Born from my own healing and the stories of the women I’ve supported, KEPT reminds us that we are never alone. That our survival is not the end of the story—and that softness, joy, and freedom are our birthrights.

Whether through my books, events, coaching, or clothing, everything I offer is designed to reflect that truth:
You are KEPT. Whole. Loved. Worthy. Free.

“Your healing matters. Your story is not over. And you are more than what you’ve survived.”
